1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the ideasedutech.com website or the RMS portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

IDEAS Educational Technology provides a cloud-hosted School Result Management System (RMS) that enables registered schools to manage student records, academic scores, report cards, and related administrative functions.

3. Eligibility

The RMS is intended for use by registered educational institutions in Nigeria. Individual user accounts must be created by an authorised school administrator. Users must be at least 18 years old or accessing the system in an official school capacity.

4. School Responsibilities

Schools are responsible for the accuracy of all data entered into the system.
Schools must ensure that teacher and admin accounts are kept confidential and not shared.
Schools must promptly notify IDEAS EduTech of any unauthorised access or security breach.
Schools are responsible for complying with applicable Nigerian data protection laws regarding student data.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system.
Upload malicious code or interfere with the platform's operation.
Reverse-engineer or copy any part of the software.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, and content on ideasedutech.com and the RMS portal are the intellectual property of IDEAS Educational Technology. Schools retain ownership of their own student and academic data.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for any losses arising from downtime.

8. Termination

IDEAS EduTech may suspend or terminate access to the RMS for any school that violates these Terms. Schools may terminate their account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, data will be returned or deleted per our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, IDEAS EduTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered schools of significant changes by email.
